According to the latest reports, ByteDance is discussing investing up to approximately $70 billion in capital expenditure for data centers and AI infrastructure in 2026, with some funds coming from its approximately $50 billion profit in 2025; in more aggressive internal plans, there have also been discussions about further pushing capital expenditure in 2027 to the scale of $89 billion to $100 billion.
