Charles Schwab: Retail Investors Currently More Focused on Trading Tech ETFs Than Individual Stocks

"Anything related to AI and technology remains a key focus for retail investors. They used to be quite active in trading individual stocks, but now they are no longer as aggressive as before."

Liz Ann Sonders, Chief Investment Strategist at Charles Schwab, stated, "This is not a lack of interest in the overall tech or AI sector, but rather a shift in the way they trade. I believe the current focus is more on broader ETF trading rather than buying and selling individual stocks."
