Grayscale Research Head: Ethereum Foundation Structure Adjustment Long-Term Positive for ETH Ecosystem Development

Odaily Odaily News: Grayscale Research Head Zach Pandl posted on X stating that, in the long term, the institutional structural adjustments currently being promoted by the Ethereum Foundation will have a positive impact on the Ethereum ecosystem.

Zach Pandl believes that, on one hand, more development work may be undertaken by commercial entities in the future, thereby reducing the proportion of direct involvement by the Foundation in development activities, which helps enhance the overall productivity of the ecosystem; on the other hand, the structural adjustment helps the Ethereum Foundation focus more on upholding the core principles of Ethereum as a digital currency infrastructure, ensuring it continues to follow the 'CROPS' principles necessary for building a sound digital currency.

He stated that if the Ethereum Foundation reduces its direct participation in ecosystem development in the future, instead focusing on maintaining Ethereum's long-term goals and core values, it may help further strengthen ETH's positioning as a decentralized digital asset infrastructure.
