The three major U.S. stock indices are rising, with the Nasdaq 100 Index expanding its gain to 1%. According to MSX.COM data, the S&P 500 is up 0.6%, and the Nasdaq is up nearly 1%.

Previously reported, the final text of the U.S.-Iran agreement is in its final polishing stages. If the Pakistani Army Chief of Staff does not travel to Iran, the final version of the agreement text could be announced within hours. The next round of negotiations will be held in Islamabad after the Hajj season.
