Odaily Planet Daily News: Morgan Stanley's investment management division (MSIM) has officially launched the "Stablecoin Reserve Portfolio" (MSNXX), a government money market fund specifically designed for stablecoin issuers. It invests only in highly liquid instruments such as U.S. Treasury bonds and government securities repurchase agreements, maintaining a target net asset value of $1 and offering daily liquidity.
