Ethereum Block Builder Eureka Labs Raises $6.7 Million in Funding, Led by Spark Capital and Collider Ventures

It is reported that the company introduced the concept of "programmable blocks," incorporating executable logic during the block building phase. This enables blocks not only to bundle transactions but also to achieve more complex functionalities, such as temporary fund calls, advanced computations, and more granular transaction ordering.

Founded in December 2024, Eureka Labs has already become the fourth-largest block builder on Ethereum, although its market share is approximately 1.5%, indicating a significant gap compared to leading builders. This funding round was completed in two stages: $4.7 million was raised in April 2025, followed by an additional $2 million in June. The company stated that the funds will be used to expand its block building technical capabilities and promote the application of "programmable blocks" within the Ethereum ecosystem.
