Data: Kalshi's March trading volume is expected to exceed $12.7 billion, potentially reaching 53.4% of its 2025 annual trading volume in a single month

Odaily Martins, a member of the KalshiData team, posted on platform X stating that as of March 22, despite there being 9 days left in the month, Kalshi's monthly notional trading volume has already surpassed $9 billion. For reference, Kalshi's total trading volume in February was approximately $10.4 billion. Therefore, in just 22 days, Kalshi has already reached about 86% of last month's total trading volume this month. At this pace, Kalshi's March trading volume will exceed $12.7 billion, representing a month-on-month increase of 21.5%.

For comparison, Kalshi's annual notional trading volume for 2025 was about $23.8 billion. This means that in just one month (March alone), Kalshi's trading volume will reach approximately 53.4% of last year's total trading volume.
