Approximately 97 million CORE tokens were extracted without authorization, b14g dual staking protocol attacked

Odaily News: According to b14g monitoring, at 17:29 on October 31, approximately 97 million CORE staked through b14g were extracted without authorization and transferred to addresses controlled by the attacker. After discovering the incident, b14g immediately paused the affected contracts and is working with the Core team, security partners, and exchanges to trace the funds and coordinate freezing and recovery. Tracing shows that approximately 68 million CORE are still on the Core chain, and partner trading platforms have frozen approximately 9 million CORE related to the attacker. b14g stated that the affected assets are limited to CORE staked through b14g.
