Core Scientific and AMD Reach Lease Agreement

Odaily reported that Core Scientific and AMD have announced a partnership regarding infrastructure. AMD will receive warrants to purchase Core Scientific shares at market price. Through the collaboration, AMD has gained access to over 500 megawatts of computing power in the United States, with the ability to expand this scale to 2.5 gigawatts under the relevant transaction.（Jinshi)
