Odaily Planet Daily News: Securitize Capital, a subsidiary of tokenization company Securitize, has officially obtained registered investment advisor status with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, enabling it to collaborate more closely with asset management companies and institutional investors on tokenized investment strategies. Securitize CEO Carlos Domingo stated that this move represents an important step in the platform's continued expansion. As a result, the Securitize U.S. platform now integrates four regulated businesses: an SEC-registered investment advisor, an SEC-registered broker-dealer, an SEC-registered transfer agent, and fund administration services. Securitize went public on July 2 through a SPAC merger.
