Hyperliquid testnet launches "stars" feature, enabling deployers to create whitelist DEXes for trading

Rajiv Patel-O’Connor posted on X platform that a new feature called "stars" has been observed on the Hyperliquid testnet. This feature allows deployers to create a DEX authorized by a HIP-3 address whitelist for trading. Currently, the testnet whitelist has a cap of 10,000 addresses. Addresses not on the whitelist can only submit reduce-only orders or fund accounts.
