Odaily Planet Daily News According to an official announcement, UK-listed company The Smarter Web Company has repaid its Smarter Convert convertible notes two weeks early, paying approximately $11.6985 million to the TOBAM Group. The repayment was completed by selling 177.89 Bitcoin at an average price of $65,762. The company's CEO stated that while the flexibility of the structure was once recognized, it is not currently considered a suitable capital solution. Following the repayment, the company holds 2,700 Bitcoin. The related potential share issuance has been canceled.
