Ionic Digital's SEC Registration Statement Declared Effective, Set to List on Nasdaq on July 28
Odaily reported that Bitcoin mining company Ionic Digital announced its registration statement has been declared effective by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The company is expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on July 28, 2026, under the ticker symbol "IOND".
The listing will be conducted via a Direct Listing method rather than a traditional Initial Public Offering (IPO). The company will not issue new shares or raise capital through the listing; instead, it will allow existing registered shareholders to directly sell their held shares on the open market.
Ionic Digital stated that this listing will provide a liquidity channel for its shareholders, including a large number of investors who acquired company shares through the bankruptcy restructuring of crypto lending platform Celsius Network. (Theenergymag)
