北京将于2026下半年布局建设Token工厂

In the second half of the year, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology will focus on the annual key tasks of building a benchmark city for the digital economy, deeply implement the "Artificial Intelligence+" action plan, and fully unleash new momentum for the intelligent economy.

Policies for developing the Token economy will be formulated, centering on key links such as Token production, distribution, and application. Plans include the layout and construction of Token factories and Token distribution platforms, driving innovative applications in key fields such as industry, education, cultural tourism, etc. The "Create to Win the Future" OPC special roadshow event will be held to stimulate the AI application and creative vitality of super individuals. High-quality AIGC training courses tailored for OPC will be developed to release the value of AIGC technology. Relying on the Open Source Chip Research Institute and the Beijing Tongminghu Information Technology Application Innovation Center, an open-source ecosystem of "RISC-V+AI OS" will be built, establishing a full-stack independent technology system from chip instruction sets to operating systems to intelligent agent applications.
