After reaching an ARR of $300 million in June this year and experiencing multi-fold growth following the release of the K3 model, the company believes the timing is right. It is reported that Moonshot AI's annual recurring revenue tripled within 3 months, and the new Kimi K3 model surpasses competitors other than Claude Fable 5 and GPT-5.6 in comprehensive capability, with Kimi K3's pricing roughly equivalent to Anthropic's Sonnet.
