Robinhood applies to set up "Employee Fund" to co-invest in stocks, real estate, and other assets

Odaily Odaily Odaily Planet Daily News Robinhood has submitted an application to the SEC to establish the "Robinhood Employee Fund, LP," allowing employees to pool their money together and then invest these pooled funds in stocks, real estate, and other assets.

Typically, investment funds face a large number of strict regulatory rules designed to protect the general public from fraud. However, Robinhood is currently requesting the SEC to allow them to bypass most of these rules.
