Odaily reported that sources said JPMorgan Chase and Morgan Stanley will provide $50 billion in acquisition financing and serve as advisors for the PayPal acquisition. Earlier on the 15th, Stripe and Advent International jointly proposed to acquire PayPal at an offer price of $60.5 per share, with an overall valuation exceeding $53 billion, representing a premium of approximately 28% over PayPal's closing price on Tuesday. The deal is backed by approximately $50 billion in financing commitments from multiple banks. According to the transaction plan, Stripe and Advent International will each hold a 50% stake in PayPal.
