Foreign Media: SK Hynix Accelerates Mass Production of HBM4 for NVIDIA

Odaily Planet Daily reports that, according to foreign media, SK Hynix has officially initiated the mass production and shipment of 12-layer HBM4 for NVIDIA, with the product entering the capacity ramp-up phase. Unlike previously supplied products which were all classified as samples, this marks the first time HBM4 is being delivered in its final specification, having passed all quality certifications, for NVIDIA's next-generation AI platform "Vera Rubin." It is reported that starting from September this year, SK Hynix will formally expand the shipment scale of HBM4 to fully meet NVIDIA's high-end computing chip supply demand. (Jin Shi)
