SK Hynix Submits Nasdaq Listing Application, Plans to Raise Up to $29 Billion via ADR

Odaily News: On June 24, SK Hynix announced that it has submitted a Nasdaq listing application, planning to raise up to 45 trillion Korean won (approximately $29 billion) through American Depositary Receipts (ADRs). The ADRs are expected to be listed in July, and the proceeds will be used to build factories in South Korea and purchase EUV equipment.
