TD Cowen: Passage of the Clarity Act Before the Midterm Elections Is Far from Certain

Odaily reported that investment bank TD Cowen stated that the passage of the Clarity Act before the November midterm elections is far from certain, as it still faces significant political and policy hurdles. The Senate is expected to begin reviewing the bill the week of July 13, with July 24 being a key deadline, as the House will adjourn before the August recess. Jaret Seiberg, Managing Director of TD Cowen's Washington Research Group, questioned whether the bill could be approved before the fall elections if it fails to pass by then.
