商务部：公布将20家日本实体列入出口管制管控名单

Odaily Planet Daily News According to the regulations of the "Export Control Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Regulations on the Export Control of Dual-Use Items of the People's Republic of China", and in order to safeguard national security and interests and fulfill international obligations such as non-proliferation, it has been decided to include 20 Japanese entities, including the Institute of Defense Research, which are involved in enhancing Japan's military capabilities, in the export control list and take the following measures: Prohibit export operators from exporting dual-use items to the above 20 entities, and prohibit overseas organizations and individuals from transferring or providing dual-use items originating from the People's Republic of China to the above 20 entities; relevant activities already underway shall be immediately halted. If exports are necessary under special circumstances, export operators shall submit an application to the Ministry of Commerce. (Jin Shi)
