Odaily reports that Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Gharibabadi stated on social media on the 26th local time that making decisions without clear arrangements, through parallel routes, or without considering Iran's position as a littoral state cannot ensure safe navigation through the Strait of Hormuz. Any credible framework must be based on coordination with Iran and compliance with Article 5 of the Iran-US Memorandum of Understanding; otherwise, the established parallel routes will be suspended.
