Kraken's parent company Payward seeks investigation into PowerTrade and its co-founders' financial information

Odaily reported that Kraken's parent company Payward has filed a motion with a U.S. federal court, seeking evidence disclosure from multiple U.S. financial institutions related to crypto derivatives firm PowerTrade and its co-founders. Kraken stated in a declaration that the evidence sought will help Payward identify more assets that can be frozen and ensure that PowerTrade and other related parties are unable to continue causing harm to other industry participants.
