Sharplink签署证券购买协议募资7500万美元以扩大ETH储备并回购公司股票

Odaily Planet Daily News: Nasdaq-listed Ethereum treasury company Sharplink announced it has signed a securities purchase agreement to sell 10,013,400 common shares and warrants for 10,013,400 common shares, raising approximately $75 million. The funds will be used for working capital, to continue accumulating ETH assets, and to repurchase company shares under the stock buyback plan.

Sharplink also disclosed that as of June 16, the company held a total of 875,776 ETH. (B2i)
