以太坊基金会：重组并裁员约20%

Odaily Odaily星球日报讯 According to official sources, the Ethereum Foundation has completed a restructuring process that lasted several months. Currently, the Ethereum Foundation has been reorganized into five business segments, including the Protocol Layer, Access Layer, User Layer, Community Layer, and Institutional Layer, in addition to operations and management support teams.

Due to these adjustments in structure, activities, and expenditure, the Ethereum Foundation has laid off 54 employees, approximately 20% of its total workforce. The Ethereum Foundation will provide departing employees with severance packages and transition support. The severance pay will be one month's salary for each year of service at the Ethereum Foundation, or the higher amount as per local statutory standards.
