Storage chip company InnoGrit Completes IPO Tutoring

According to the IPO tutoring disclosure system on the official website of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), InnoGrit Technologies Co., Ltd. and its tutoring券商, Guotai Haitong, have submitted a "Tutoring Completion Report" to the Shanghai Securities Regulatory Bureau. InnoGrit submitted its tutoring filing on December 19, 2024, and the tutoring process lasted one and a half years.

The company is a fabless semiconductor chip design company, primarily engaged in the design and supply of high-performance solid-state drive (SSD) controllers, while also providing SSD and storage system solutions. Its products are widely used in cloud computing, artificial intelligence, data center management, and intelligent driving, among other areas. (Jin Shi)
