Odaily reported that on-chain security researcher Specter stated on platform X that it has been over a month since THORChain suspended all transactions due to a security vulnerability, and normal operations have yet to resume. The protocol previously did not choose to suspend trading during other security incidents or suspicious fund flows, even continuing to operate for simple ETH-BTC routes. However, after becoming the affected party this time, it completely halted cross-chain transactions, sparking community discussions about the consistency of its risk management. Currently, THORChain's on-chain transactions remain completely stagnant, with almost no activity on the chain. The timeline for resumption has not yet been clarified, reminding community users to "stay alert."
