Revolut receives UAE central bank license, will enter the Middle East market and prepare for localized launch

Odaily news Crypto-friendly digital bank Revolut has obtained relevant license approvals from the Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates, officially entering the market of the United Arab Emirates and using this as a starting point to advance its business expansion in the Middle East. The approved licenses include Stored Value Facilities and retail payment service permits. Revolut stated that before the official launch, it will prioritize completing local technical system construction, operational framework setup, and compliance capability deployment. (Bloomberg)
