Gold and silver both fell during the day, while crypto market volatility remained low
According to the latest data from Gate, the price of gold fell to $4,217.8 per ounce, down 0.69% on the day. The price of silver fell to $64.625 per ounce, down 0.37% on the day.
The BVIX (BTC Volatility Index) is currently quoted at 46.9, down 0.76% on the day. The EVIX (ETH Volatility Index) is currently quoted at 60.12, down 1.76% on the day.
In the forex market, the USD/CNH pair fell 0.03% on the day to 6.77585. The USD/JPY pair rose 0.03% on the day to 160.38.
In global stock indices, the ESTX50 rose 0.43% on the day to 6,082.25 points; the UK100 rose 0.16% on the day to 10,292.7 points; and the GER40 fell 0.04% on the day to 24,502.6 points.
In commodities, WTI crude oil fell 0.69% on the day to $90.31 per barrel. Brent crude oil fell 0.32% on the day to $94.24 per barrel.
