Odaily Planet Daily News: Kalshi plans to require some prediction market participants to disclose their employer identity. It is reported that users placing bets in markets involving material non-public information will need to submit an online form to disclose their employer. This change will be rolled out in the coming weeks. Sensitive betting markets, such as those involving corporate performance and national security, are expected to require disclosure of employment information. An audit committee report revealed for the first time that Kalshi has referred more than 20 cases to the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission and the Department of Justice in the first quarter of 2026. Individuals referred to federal authorities this year include former New York Congressman George Santos and accounts related to military spouses. (WSJ)
