Odaily reported that Grayscale submitted an S-1 registration statement to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on June 5, planning to launch the Grayscale Canton ETF.

According to the disclosure, the Grayscale Canton ETF is a spot ETF, and specific product details are yet to be announced.
