Users can purchase using cryptocurrencies such as USDC, USDT, and BNB. The trades are executed by brokerage firm Nest Trading, while custody, settlement, and dividend distribution are handled by the New York-based company Alpaca.

Binance also plans to launch "bStocks" based on the BNB Chain, allowing users to convert their held stocks into tokenized assets tradable on-chain.
