Yuga Labs: ApeCo Head Cam to Leave, ApeChain Core Tech and BD Teams to Shift to Direct Collaboration

Odaily Planet Daily News: Michael Figge, CEO of Yuga Labs, announced on the X platform that the team will make some adjustments to ApeCoin. Previously, due to regulatory uncertainty, Yuga Labs and ApeCo had adopted a parallel coordination model, which led to lower efficiency. As the regulatory environment evolves, the team has decided to simplify the structure and eliminate the independent ApeCo lead role. ApeCo Head Cam will be leaving the company, while the ApeChain core technology and BD teams will collaborate directly with Yuga Labs. Several other members will also depart, with the transition expected to be completed by June 5.
