Amber International Announces First Quarter Results; Launches "A-Suite" Agent-Native AI Institutional Automation Platform

According to Odaily, Nasdaq-listed Amber International Holding Limited (NASDAQ: AMBR) today announced its unaudited financial results for the first quarter of 2026 and officially launched A-MM (Agentic Market Making), an agent-based market making infrastructure platform. As the first flagship component of the A-Suite agent-native operating system, this move further upgrades the company from a crypto financial distribution platform to a next-generation operational infrastructure provider serving the AI Agent economy.

Amber stated that A-MM is purpose-built for token projects, integrating agent-orchestrated workflows, liquidity operations, execution infrastructure, and real-time risk transparency capabilities, aiming to enhance market making efficiency, transparency, and scalability. The company expects A-MM to begin contributing revenue from the second quarter of 2026, becoming one of its new growth engines.

Despite the persistently weak crypto market environment in the first quarter, Amber Premium's core institutional and high-net-worth client base demonstrated high resilience. The company achieved a gross margin of 67.7% in the first quarter, with platform client assets maintaining approximately $1 billion, and average assets per active user remaining stable at around $1.2 million.
