加密记者：撤销Gemini案同意令或将成为“非同寻常的步骤”

Odaily Planet Daily News: Crypto journalist Eleanor Terrett posted on X platform, stating that based on private text messages disclosed last year by Trump-nominated former CFTC chair candidate Brian Quintenz, he previously declined to comment on the Gemini-related enforcement action before officially being confirmed as chair.

Eleanor Terrett said that it now appears current CFTC Chair Caroline Pham has aligned with the Winklevoss brothers’ stance, believing the CFTC should never have filed a lawsuit against Gemini from the very beginning.

She further stated that whether the relevant consent order will be vacated is now up to the judge of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. A legal source described such a move as an “extraordinary step.”
