Trump warns ally Oman: If you don't behave, you'll get bombed

Iranian authorities have proposed cooperating with Omani authorities to manage and regulate maritime traffic in the strait between Iran and Oman. Meanwhile, Iran has considered establishing a joint fee-collection mechanism with Oman, but this proposal has faced opposition from the United States. In response to this proposal, Trump told reporters after a cabinet meeting: "Nobody is going to control the strait. The strait will be open to everyone," and the U.S. will "keep a close eye on it."
