Crude oil benchmarks WTI and Brent extend gains, rising over $1 in the short term

Odaily reports that according to Gate data, WTI and Brent crude continue their upward momentum, climbing over $1 in the short term, now trading at $95.30/barrel and $96.13/barrel respectively. Earlier, Iran's Supreme Leader stated that regional countries will no longer provide protection for U.S. military bases, and the U.S. will no longer have a safe haven in the region.
