OKX Star: The Next Chapter of On-Chain Finance, Written by Everyone Who Wants to Build a Market

Odaily reported that, according to official sources, OKX has officially released the Exchange OS whitepaper. This is an open protocol infrastructure that allows anyone to deploy spot, perpetual contract, or prediction markets based on X Layer without platform approval. Star, founder and CEO of OKX, stated: "We believe the next evolution of on-chain finance is to build shared market infrastructure: enabling developers and institutions to create new trading markets more efficiently, while maintaining full flexibility in frontend design, market structure, risk control, and compliance frameworks."

Additionally, OKX also revealed that it will soon launch the first market deployed based on Exchange OS, namely the "2026 World Cup Prediction Market" going live in June. Star stated: "The next chapter of on-chain finance should not be written by any single platform. It should be written by everyone who wants to build a market."
