Monad Co-founder: Security Incident Noticed with Echo Protocol, Monad Network Unaffected

Odaily reported that Keone Hon, co-founder of Monad, stated on X platform that the team has noticed a security incident related to eBTC from EchoProtocol. Security researchers are currently investigating the matter. The Monad network itself has not been affected and is operating normally.

Additionally, a preliminary review by security researchers has determined that the exploit targeting EchoProtocol's eBTC has resulted in approximately $816,000 in assets being stolen.
