June 15: Full Senate debate begins;
June 22: The Senate may complete its final vote;
July 13: Coordination between the Senate and House of Representatives is completed;
Early August: President Trump signs it into law (if on schedule).
Alex Thorn's analysis suggests that Democrats are focusing on "ethics provisions" aimed at restricting senior officials and their family members from holding and profiting from digital assets, while DeFi regulation and the Blockchain Regulatory Certainty Act (BRCA) are still under negotiation.
