Kelp: rsETH Protocol Fully Restored, Mainnet and L2 Deposits and Withdrawals Resume

Related functions have been brought back online on the mainnet and various Layer 2 networks, and the overall system status has returned to normal levels. The rsETH exchange rate was updated at 16:45 (CET) today, incorporating all cumulative staking rewards generated during the suspension period. Additionally, EIGEN rewards are now being distributed to rsETH holders, covering the entire suspension period.

Furthermore, deposit and withdrawal functions have been reopened on the mainnet and Layer 2 networks, and the asset backing status of rsETH has been fully restored to 100%. The team emphasized that rsETH is currently fully supported on the mainnet and L2 networks, and all operational processes have returned to normal.
