AI Agent Commercial Layer Infrastructure TermiX Secures $1 Million Seed Investment from YZi Labs
Odaily星球日报讯 TermiX, an AI Agent commercial layer protocol, announced it has secured a $1 million seed investment from YZi Labs. The funds will primarily be used to accelerate the underlying research and development of its Agent commercial protocol AACP, drive ecosystem expansion, and deepen integrations with leading AI Agent frameworks and crypto wallets.
TermiX is dedicated to filling the gap of trustless commercial interaction infrastructure currently lacking between AI Agents (Agent-to-Agent). Its core protocol—the Agent Autonomous Commerce Protocol (AACP)—builds a complete on-chain economic infrastructure, allowing AI Agents to automatically publish, bid, execute, verify, and settle commercial tasks.
By integrating on-chain fund escrow, programmable verification strategies (covering zkVM, TEE, and LLM verification), staking and slashing mechanisms, and a portable on-chain reputation system, the protocol provides an indispensable "trust layer" for Agents to act as independent economic participants.
Within Binance's emerging AI Agent technology stack, TermiX will serve as the core "commercial settlement layer," deeply collaborating with ERC-8004 (Agent ID), the BNBAgent SDK, and the Binance Agentic Wallet to jointly build the foundational layer for an open on-chain Agent economy.
