GSR Chief Legal Officer: Probability of Clarity Act Passing This Congressional Session Below 50%

Odaily Planet Daily News GSR Chief Legal Officer Joshua Riezman stated in an interview that the probability of the Clarity Act being submitted to the President for signing within this congressional session is below 50%. This assessment is contrary to Coinbase Chief Legal Officer Paul Grewal's prediction that the bill will pass this summer.
Riezman pointed out that disputes in Congress over stablecoin yields and ethical concerns involving the President's family are the main obstacles. Additionally, he predicts that the stablecoin market will ultimately reach a size of $1 trillion to $3 trillion, and that the majority of S&P 500, Nasdaq, and NYSE-listed companies will achieve tokenization within the next few years.
