Elliptic Raises $120M at $670M Valuation, One Peak Partners Leads

Blockchain analytics company Elliptic has completed a new $120 million funding round, at a valuation of approximately $670 million. The round was led by One Peak Partners, with participation from the venture arms of Deutsche Bank, Nasdaq, and British Business Bank. Existing shareholders including JPMorgan Chase also continued to invest.
Founded in 2013, Elliptic provides crypto transaction monitoring and anti-money laundering and sanctions compliance tools for financial institutions and law enforcement agencies. The company currently screens over 1 billion transactions per week for more than 700 clients, supporting the compliance operations required by major banks, asset managers, and fintech companies conducting digital asset businesses.
