Anthropic states "does not recognize unauthorized stock sales or transfers," Pre-Stocks pre-market token drops 25%

Odaily reported that Anthropic has updated an article originally published in February this year titled "About Unauthorized Anthropic Stock Sales and Investment Scams." The article states: "Any sale or transfer of Anthropic stock, or any disposal of rights to Anthropic stock without board approval, is void and will not be recognized on the company’s books and records... The company does not allow SPVs (Special Purpose Vehicles) to hold its stock, and any transfer of stock to an SPV is invalid."

Following this news, the Anthropic pre-market stock token on Pre-Stocks experienced a significant decline, currently trading at $1,023.9, with a single-day drop of 24.94%.
