According to a person who spoke on condition of anonymity, the new venture, named "The Deployment Company," has received support from 19 investors including TPG Inc., Brookfield Asset Management, Advent, and Bain Capital. The deal values the company at $10 billion, excluding payments already made. The person also stated that the joint venture will be majority-owned and controlled by OpenAI. (Jinshi)
