Taiko: Mainnet to Resume Operations in Four Steps, Exploit Fixed and Security Review CompletedOdaily reported that Ethereum Layer 2 project Taiko announced that the fix has been reviewed by independent security experts, and the mainnet will resume operations in four steps. The steps include: deploying the fix and confirming the correctness of the chain's final state to ensure no fraudulent checkpoints or attacker-submitted records are accepted; replenishing cross-chain bridge liquidity to ensure all L2 assets maintain a 1:1 reserve; resuming network operations, reopening L2 transfers, swaps, and trading functions; and having the security committee propose lifting the bridge's pause to fully restore asset deposit and withdrawal functions.Taiko stated that upon reopening, conservative withdrawal limits will be initially set as an additional security measure, but it is not expected to affect users' normal asset operations.
