He said: "The United States is now begging to negotiate with us on our terms." He noted that the memorandum of understanding signed with the United States contains "13 clauses in our favor and 1 clause in their favor," and accused Israel of doing everything in its power to sabotage and prevent the implementation of the agreement. He stated: "We won the war and we won the diplomatic victory, forcing the enemy to accept our terms." He added that Iran's military capabilities and battlefield strength provided power for its diplomatic actions in the negotiations.
