Odaily Planet Daily News: Alphabet has hired banks to prepare for its first Australian dollar bond issuance, planning to cover four tenors—3-year, 5-year, 10-year, and 20-year—with the longest tenor reaching 20 years.
Earlier this month, Alphabet priced a $25 billion bond offering in the U.S. dollar market across 10 tranches, and it issued Swiss franc, British pound, euro, Canadian dollar, and Japanese yen bonds in 2026. The company has also recently raised nearly $85 billion through an equity issuance. (Bloomberg)
