Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister: Security in the Persian Gulf region should be jointly maintained by regional countries
Odaily News: Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister Gharibabadi issued a statement saying that security in the Persian Gulf region should be jointly maintained by the countries in the region, and Iran advocates resolving regional security issues without the interference of external forces. Gharibabadi pointed out that Iran has submitted and recorded evidence of attacks from certain countries' territories against Iran to the UN Security Council, including a few direct attacks. He also stated that based on the information currently available, regional countries have become deeply aware that the expansion of conflicts and the continuation of military operations will pose a serious threat to their own security.
